FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

FUNC. is dedicated to improving your ability to move load efficiently, function and develop useful strength, body awareness, midline strength and fitness through the use of real-world body movements.

POWER

FUNCTIONAL REAL WORLD STRENGTH

Power is dedicated to increasing your strength and lean muscle mass. Training methodologies include powerlifting and bodybuilding/hypertrophy. Classes are inclusive of everyone regardless of starting ability.

ENGINE

LOW IMPACT, HIGH OUTPUT

Our Engine class is designed to help our clients improve their cardiovascular fitness and overall work rate. The workouts are 45 minutes and include a warm up, workout explanation, setting clear intentions and the workout itself. Expect low impact, high output sessions where we teach clients how to get the most out of their fitness.

FYF

CONDITIONING

Inspired by the infamous Gym Jones FYF sessions and aren’t like any other conditioning class you’ve seen before. Sessions consist of a strength/skill component followed by a workout that will challenge you physically and mentally.

BEND

RECOVERY SERIES

Our Bend class offers a 60 minute instructed routine to release tight muscles and relax your body. Bend helps restore a healthy range of movement within joints, corrects imbalances and gives you more freedom with your movement.

BREATH

RECOVERY SERIES

Our Breath class allows you to go in and work on the one and only thing that is ever truly present; your breath and body. We use different techniques and exposures to get the most out of your body and breath for increased performance and decreased stress.

It's not just exercise. It's very personable. I wouldn't be able to do the things that I like doing which are trekking, walking, hiking, lifting my groceries. Everything that I do is because I can come here and train for the functionality of my body and keep it working. Don't sit on the fence.
